Walking to theme parks from ASMo?

On the property map, it looks as though ASMo is very close to Blizzard Beach, MGM and Animal Kingdom. Is it possible to walk to (any of) them? We only stayed on site in 2000 at POFQ and used the boats and buses most of the time.

If walking is not an option, do you know how long the buses take to get to those nearby parks from ASMo?

Technically, you can walk to Blizzard Beach, as there is a sidewalk. It's about 2 miles. All other areas are not walkable at all.

The bus ride from the All Stars is only a few minutes to all parks, except MK which seem to take forever. I do not know of any walking paths to the parks from the All Stars, and would not count on it being easy, if it is possible. Just use the bus, they are fast, free, and will get you to where you want to go.

Thanks Jovidan...I kinda got the hint from the others. Looking at the map with no scale on it, it was hard to tell the actual distance to the parks. I didn't really need the sarcasm.

Park maps are deceiving.......we were shocked how far everything actually was from ASMo......i know everything looks close.....fooled us too!!

You could possibly walk to Blizzard Beach, though I can't see why you would want to. It would take you a good hour.

As for the other parks, you could walk there - Of course, if you leave first thing in the morning, you'll probably get there in time for the evening parade or fireworks.
