Walking to the poly from MK?

Make sure you take the Resort Monorail from MK and not the Express Monorail. The Express only stops at MK and TTC. The Resort Monorail stops at CR, TTC, Polynesian, GF and MK. You may have to fold your stroller up on the monorail if there are wheelchairs in the accessible car.

depends if you get Tahiti would definitley walk over to TTC and go with the ferry.

now if you get aotearoa or any on that side would definitely go on the monrail.

(the GCH does have an elevator)

It's a quick walk from the TTC to the Poly. Easier, depending on where you're going at the Poly, to take the monorail to the TTC and walk than to take the resort monorail! But if you're going to O'hana, the resort train to the GCH would be easiest. And I've never had to take the "accessible" car to keep my stroller open. Now, if it's really crowded, you'd get lots of frowns if you take up all that space with a stroller! Then you could ignore, frown back, or bend to peer pressure...

It is certainly the easiest in your case.

The ferry and walk can actually be faster sometimes believe it or not. The ferry crosses in just five minutes and the walk is less than 10 I'd say. The resort monorail occasionally sits for a while especially it seems at the CR and TTC.

But for sure ease of travel and particularly if you're not familiar with the grounds of the Polynesian, the resort monorail is probably your best choice.

Let's say you are staying in the Tahiti Longhouse and wanted to visit the Magic Kingdom during Morning Extra Magic Hour from 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM, the Express Monorail and boat from the TTC are not running until 9:00 AM. So even though you would be very close to the TTC it does you no good during Morning Extra Magic Hour, so your options is to get on the Resort Monorail from the GCH or the boat at the Polynesian dock.
