So I'm looking for some walking sandals for our June trip. My feet get hot easily, which makes me very cranky.:furious:

I have been looking at shoes like Keens and Tevas, but at 29 days out, I'm not up for dropping $100 on some shoes. $50, yes.

Any thoughts?

Hi! I searched for walking sandals for a long time and finally settled on Teva Tirras. I've been using them to walk in the evenings and have found them very comfortable. I was able to get mine for $50 on zulily-- that particular deal is over, but they run different sales each day so they may have it again.

It looks like some colors/sizes of that style are cheaper than others on Amazon.

I got a couple of pairs of Croft & Barrow walking sandals, very similar to those expensive Keens or Merrills at Kohls for $30. Ended up being a great deal w/a 30% off coupon.

Check Amazon! I got really cute Tevas for $59 last spring. They are Soooooooooo comfy! Check 6pm.com for shoe deals as well.

Yep, 6pm.com is a great place for shoes, I bought all our keens from there. You should easily be able to get a pair around $50, especially if you aren't really picky as to style / color. Occasionally they e-mail you a 10% off code if you sign up for emails.

Thanks! I found two pairs I like, each $68. I got a "welcome" email, but no discount. I'll wait a week or so so see if I get one. Free shipping!

I just got a pair of Teva Tirras for $46 and Keen H2 for $47 on Amazon, both with free shipping. About two weeks ago.

Love them both, but the Tevas are awesome and like walking on marshmallows!

If you really want to save more $$ you can also buy keens in kid sizes if your shoe size is 8 or less. I tried on a pair of the kids shoes in store and they fit great. Check out the size chart on 6pm.com, you can see how the kids shoes and the womens shoes compare in length / width, etc. I wear a women's 8 and the largest kids size (I think it was a 6??) fit me. It can save a good amount depending on the deals.

I wear the Boothbay sandals from LL Bean to the parks. They are $59 with free shipping.

Red Head's, Bass Pro brand. On sale right now for $25. They have great support and and dry quickly after those pesky Florida downpours!

I alternate between my Mickey FitFlops (I bought those a few years ago at MK and they are my absolute favorite shoes) and Tiva Tirra which I found on sale for under $50 at DSW.

My Mickey fitflops bugged my toes, I didn't wear them long, maybe didn't get my feet use to them.
I like croc flip flops and teva mush flops, the originals.
Maybe check sierratradingpost.com
I purchased some Disney birkis from derailed.com recently!

This is what I did, I got the Keen Whisper in the kids. I like the kids better too. The heel is completely covered where on the women's it's a strap. I wear a size 6 in women's so I got a size 4 in kids.

I bought a pair of Teva slides for $49 that are amazing and the other day I found Dawgs for $16 at nomorerack. They're like crocs, way comfortable and I love them.

my thoughts exactly!

I wore my Reef Fanning flip flops throughout Disney and didn't have a bit of problems. I have horribly flat feet so I need a good shoe with arch support. These work the best, that I have found.

I love, Love, LOVE my Croc Cleos. They are not ugly, very cute, and can walk all day in them. Very light, cool, and dry super fast. I found some at 6pm.com and shoebuy.com for $20.

I wear SKECHERS Women's Reggae Rasta Sandals. they are open, have great support and my feet never get tired. I keep thinking I'll wear something else but after using these for my last four trips to WDW, they're the winner! And only about $30!
