Walking from One Park to the Other?

Is there an entry directly from one park to the other, or do you need to exit one and go to the main entrance of the other?

Exit one and go to other. 2-5 minute walk thru Citywalk.

Thanks!!! I'm planning on getting my daughter the meal deal and I wasn't sure if we should do the one park option or pay $5 more for the 2 park. I imagine we'll be going back and forth, but we've never been, so who knows!

Don't cross the bridge back to the main part of citiwalk unless you want to go to citiwalk. There's a walkway directly between the entrances - just walk towards the Hard Rock cafe and keep on walking.

Thanks!!! I guess this is what I was "trying" to ask, but I didn't ask it right. Trying to determine the shortest route from one park to the other, should we decide to go back and forth.

You're still exiting the park in the sense of walking outside the turnstiles, and entering the next park through the same turnstiles as everyone else - there's no special entrance/exit for park hopping. This is just the shortest walking path between the park entrances. It's really easy once you see it.

I've been going to Universal since they opened and have made many trips, but I didn't know about this entrance! I googled it and found youtube videos showing how to get there. Very useful!

What I read said that it may not be open first thing in the morning. Is it open most of the day?

Yep, and on busy night we use this exit too. Just like tonight after the fireworks easy out with no crowd.
