Walking distances at SSR?

1) What is the walking distance from the furthest room in the Congress Park to the Carriage House?

2) What would be the walking distance from a room in The Springs to the Marketplace at DTD?

I am trying to decide if it would be better to ask for a room in The Springs or in Congress Park. I do realize these are only requests.

how much time are you spending in DD?

I got a great room in Congress - so I would want the same section again.

It took me around 12 minutes to walk from Congress to the food court.

after that I took the bus....

We just returned from SSR and stayed in the last building in Congress Park. We measured it walking and it was approx 1/2 mile. Great location.

I look at it this way. Can you walk from the front of MK to Space Mountain without stopping? SSR will probably be ok for you. If you have to stop at the castle to catch your breath, SSR may not be a great fit.

What!! We were in Congress Park, in the bldg that was next to the last one and the walk to the pool/foodcourt was 8 minutes tops - with the kids.

The walkway to DTD was 5-6.

to DD I agreed 5 minutes.

I was in the building in front of the bus stop...

also I didn't take any chances....

that stop sign I saw too many cars running it to even care if it was my right of way.....
