Walking distance, from...to...

We're planning a trip in the near future to DL. This would be our first trip there. Can anybody tell me what the walking distance from the GC resort to the parks is in length and time.

GC is actually in DCA, so you can't get any closer to that park. From the DTD entrance of the GC to DL would be about 5-10 minutes, depending on how fast you walk and what kind of line there is at bag check at that time.

The GC is right on the edge of DCA with many of the rooms looking into the park. We did not have a park view but were close to one of the elevators. From our room into DCA was about a minute and a half as long as the elevator came right away. The walk to Disneyland was about 5 minutes.

Yep 5 min to DL, but GC has an entrance into CA Park, which is very very cool... You must eat at Wetzel’s one day... Very cool hotdogs, wrapped in pretzel stuff.

Why not just hop the Monorail near the Rainforest Restaurant at Downtwon Disney and get off in Tomorrowland? You can bypass the front entrance and lines.

The distance from GC to the Monorail is less than 100 yards.
