Ok, I'm going to start doing the 3 miles per day 3x a week.
I'm so happy I read the post about the Dis members frend who lost a lot of weight just by walking the 3 miles a day but i think she did 7 days .
Hopefully I will be able to graduate to the Club2 3miles a day 5x a week and finally onto club3 3 miles a day 7 days a week.
Not sure if anyone else is interested so I dont want to post the other clubs. If other are interested then someone can start a post called
Walking Club2 3miles 5x week
Walking Club3 3miles 7x week
We can post in our club group how we are doing or tips, vents ideas
