I see Walker Mobility advertises their scooters as being water resistant. How are there scooters any different from the others, say Golds Mobility, that they can claim that? I'm just wondering if it is worth switching to Walker to get a scooter that is water resistant. My trip is in August and it rains almost every day.

When I was deciding on which company to go with I went off of the battery life listed on website and on the amp power on batteries when I called both places which, led me to Walker.
