Ok....so our trip is scheduled for 12/6-12/13. We will be doing DxDP and all of my ADRs are in place. HOWEVER....looking over our schedule, I think that 2 of my ADRs are later than we are going to want them to be because of the things we have scheduled for after dinner on those nights.
1) We have Narcoossee's ADRs for 5:30ish on the day we arive. Now I am thinking that I would rather have a 4pm ADR so that we can get over to the MK earlier (the park is open until 11pm that day) but if that doesn't work out then I am willing to just keep our scheduled ADR.
2) We have Citrico's ADRs for 5:30ish on the evening we will be going to MVMCP. While I don't feel the need to be in the park by 4:00....I don't want to dwadle over dinner all night either. I would like a 4pm or 4:30pm ADR for that as well. This one is tricky because if I can't find an earlier time, I will probably cancel this one and just grab something in DTD since that is where we will be all afternoon. (We are staying at the GF). DH was really looking forward to Citrico's though so I am not giving up yet!!
So I have been checking daily for something to come up at both of these places. I am even checking both places for both days at that time since we are staying right there and it won't be an inconvenience in our travel time. I have held on to the ADRs I have so far but so far, nothing earlier than what I have is available. I will continue to check but my question is, if I show up at either of these places at 4pm hoping to get a "walk-up" how successful do you think I will be? Does anyone have any experience at these restaurants during this time of year?
