Walk up waitlist

First, is there a walk up waitlist for 50s prime time cafe? If so has anyone had any experience with it and getting to eat there? I was not able to get a dining reservation for any table service in hollywood studios for April 20. I’m currently checking every day once or twice day but no luck. Thanks for the help in advance.

They do show ability to waitlist in the MDE app. The waitlist opens at the same time the restaurant does for a particular meal time. So, if Prime Time opens at 11, their waitlist opens at 11. They may not have openings at all depending on how many ADRs are scheduled. If they do have waitlist availability, it may get filled very quickly. So, you need to be ready.

I watched a vlog the other day that mentioned at 50s Prime Time they had someone set up outside the restaurant at opening for waitlists.

I also haven’t been able to get an ADR either for them or the sci fi one. I’ve checked multiple times a day. Trip is in 9 days so I guess I’ll check for waitlist.

When you are close to DHS, you can put the restaurant name in your phone and check to see if the walk up dining is available for that restaurant.
