Walk to Downtown Disney?

Probably the Wyndham.

We are at Royal Plaza and its a good walk, not too short, but not long either. Ive done it three times already today. LOL. Wyndham is right on the corner across from DTD.

I think the HILTON is right there too, but its big and I guess if you were on the further side its still pretty far.

Formerly known as the Regal Sun Resort, it is now the Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Resort. I stayed there in May of last year. Decent, clean, pleasant staff. It's right across the street from DTD.

The Hilton Orlando resort ( at DTD) is close also as it is just across the road from DTD.

Yep, Wyndham LBV Resort is closest and Hilton DTD is next - both very close to the Marketplace end of Downtown Disney.
