Walk-ing Back to Disney! COMPLETED 10/16! A Fall 2014 PTR!

Oh it's no problem; you have a lot of commenters! I do need arch support in most of my shoes (I over-pronate) and the only shoes I can wear without support are Skechers (I have several pairs that are basically flat, but they still work really well for me at Disney). The Tevas give support without being OVERLY supportive. I bought mine from Zappos and got two sizes to try them out and sent back the size that didn't fit; I love that they are waterproof and my feet don't slide around in them (they are SO adjustable; top of the foot AND ankle). My mom needs a shoe with some support, and I recommended these to her as a sandal; she just bought a pair to try out herself on Saturday from zappos as well, and I so hope they work for her as she needs a second set of sandals for our trip (I'm taking 7 pairs of shoes myself ).

I like what I am hearing!! Good to know, sounds like they will be a good fit for me!! I need to chek Zappos to compare to the Amazon price for sure!

How did it go? I did ok, just forgot i needed to add a day to my tickets.... but thats my animal kingdom day (the same as yours) so I will call in the am and add a day! I got everything else for the most part though!

This is for you early birds that will be curious before I do an actual post!

FP+ are done!! Got everything I wanted, even A&E on the day and exact time I hoped. We have 7DMT 3 times. (will be in MK 5x) the only thing not there was Maelstrom, wasn't even listed.

Everything was pretty simple except the few times when I split our party of 3 up, that was time consuming! Took me about 45 min for 12 days worth!

Can we all just take a moment here to appreciate that FP+ is finally done!?!?!



I feel so much lighter! It was really the last thing out of my complete control to do!

Overall, it went very well. I immediately got the A&E meet for the day and time I had wanted, and then I went and did all my 7DMT with no issues too. The only areas I had some trouble was when I had us split up from each other for the big rides, it took more time to do those.

Also, as many have noticed, Maelstrom is missing from the list as of 9/28. Rumors are it will be under refurb, though nothing official has been released to my knowledge, so who knows. I know Liv will be bummed if it is closed, she loved the "troll ride" and there really are not too many rides in Epcot as is, but what can ya do?

Anyway, I don't want to type out my whole list, so I am just gonna post my daily cards that I made to laminate and carry with me in the parks, I have already updated it to include the new FP times I snagged!

For the most part I got everything the way I wanted except our arrival day, I had to move the order of things around there, which isn't my fave bc I don't want to do a lot of walking, but we will make do!

Then, of course, we have our departure day, where we will have breakfast at Ohana, but won't be visiting a park. I am pretty happy with what we ended up with, I doubt I will be stalking FP site for changes or anything!
