Walk around seven seas lagoon

Am I correct that the walkway goes all the way around SSL? Does anyone know how far it is to walk the entire path? Also, if staying at the GF is it too far to walk to the CR or Poly? Thanks

Last year, we thought we could walk from MK to the GF. We walked for about 15 minutes, then the walkway simply ended! There's a canal there with no bridge.

I think they were going to build a walkway around 7 Seas Lagoon but it did not work with the canal needed to get the Electric Water Pagent barges out. You can walk from the Poly to the GF easily and the CR to MK is a 5-10 minute walk. You can not walk from the Poly or GF to the MK or CR- the canal is in the way.

Starting at the GF, it's a nice walk over to the Polynesian. From the Polynesian you can walk to the Ticket & Transportation Center. Exiting the Magic Kingdom at Main Street, you can walk to your left to the Contemporary. There is a pathway by the resort boat dock that appears as though it will take you to the GF, but as the above poster mentioned, you only make it as far as a canal and then you have to turn back. I believe the canal is where they store the boats for the nightly Electric Water Parade and that's where they enter and exit the lagoon.

Short answer to your question is no. You cannot walk around the Seven Seas lagoon and you cannot walk from the GF to the Contemporary. Only GF to Poly to TTC or Cont to MK.
