Waldorf Astoria Early entry and ILL question

So I am using my point to head to WDW in two weeks. I was wondering if the Waldorf gets early entry into the parks and can I book ILL at 7am or do I have to wait until park open.

Waldorf does get early entry, but does not get 7am access to ILL.
