We tried both the "caesar" and "blue cheese" salad dressings after I had been off artificial sweeteners for two weeks. I didn't react to the caesar, but only had a drizzle on a butter lettuce chicken wrap, but when I had 1 tsp of the blue cheese on a handful of salad greens, I got the worst naseating headache ever. That was enough for me and I tossed them out.
Walden Farms uses sucralose (Splenda) as the sweetener. Obviously I'm sensitive to it now that I'm not used to having in diet soft drinks anymore. You may not be sensitive and these could be an option for you. I use raw stevia instead to sweeten my coffee (not the frutevia or truvia as they use sugar alchohols in addition to stevia). For salad dressings I use just vinegar (any kind but balsamic--to high in sugar). Once you get use to no oil, just vinegar, or a mix with a little mustard, wasabi powder, or greek yogurt for a creamy dressing, is really flavorful and low carb/low fat salad dressing.
