I just found your report and read through it today (slow day at work...) I am really loving it. Kadence's comments are wonderful! So glad to hear that Sam is on the road to recovery.

Glad to hear that Sam is doing good. Hopefully she'll take it easy once she's back at college and doesn't panic about all the work she's missed.

She is itching to get back, as she is missing more than she wants to. Hopfully the note the Dr gave her will ensure extended deadlines for her work.

That's so good to hear! Hopefully her professors will be understanding as far as make up work!

I hope so, she has been doing some of her online stuff, but in class stuff like tests are making her nervous.

Oh this is great news. I'm so glad to hear that the surgery was done and she's recovering!!

It was a relief to have it all done and over with. Her recovery is going great!

I missed the last couple days so I just saw about your daughter, I'm so glad she is doing better! I think you might remember that I had Gall Stones and had my Gall Bladder out in November and couldn't stand the pain for a few hours during the night and went to the ER, I can't imagine hour your poor daughter suffered all that time before getting checked out! No wonder her numbers were crazy. Glad she is well enough to go back to school soon.

I remember your surgery! That happened to me with my surgery (had an ovary removed) I had to worst pain and vomiting.

She had some very painful episodes before , but last week took the cake. I bet she never waits on going to the Dr again! She's doing great!

I've been off the boards for a bit.....so sorry to hear of Sam's health scare! Thrilled to hear she is doing better and prayers that she continues through the week and weekend so she can head back to school and back to her normal routine. Man, she will feel alot better once healed than she has for a long time. Hang in there, Mom!!!

Welcome back! I'm happy it's all over with as well. She wants to sleep on her stomach but alas, not's not happening soon! I have told her it will take time. So impatient these young ones!

Samantha is healing wonderfully, pain is almost gone except for when she coughs or tries to sleep on her stomach. She feels good, and is getting trying to get caught up as much as she can with her online classes so when she goes back on Monday to school it's not so much.
Hopefully her professors will extend deadlines for her and allow her to makeup what she has missed. She had a DR's note for school so I'm crossing my fingers for allowances!

I've gotten caught up with laundry, and house stuff, now to catch up here, and get an update hopefully this weekend!

I am so glad Sam finally got some answers...too bad it took this much pain to actually make her go do it. My sister used to have a lot of issues like that back when she was Sam's age and she got her gall bladder out too. They basically siad it was the most poisonous thing they ever saw. She did do so much better after she had it out though.
I hope she has a fast road to recovery amd doesn't drive you too nuts. I know that you are worried about her, but I also know how sick teens can be.

Facebook has been acting up for me a lot! I can only se a couple updates and them I get posts form days ago??
I actually was updating from my phone the whole time while Sam was in the hospital, so I wasn't really seeing the FB feed until Sunday and then it was too much to catch on anyway.

I had to threaten her to go to the DR on Thursday! Her gall bladder looked really bad, we have a picture It was filled with stones, now if that stubborn child would have listened to me a long time ago, the stone wouldn't have gotten stuck and she wouldn't have gotten so sick.

She doing great, back to her teenage know it all ways.Boredom for her makes everyone crazy! I told her when she's all healed, I'm gonna plant my foot in her backside!

Once we got the GF and we headed to the rest room to change Kadence back into her Cinderella gown for our meal at 1900 PF.

While waiting for it to open we chatted with an older couple who love coming to Disney and shared with us their memories from the past when Disney first opened. They were so nice!

During our time waiting, we saw 2 different brides come through the lobby area. One was very beautiful and her dress was gorgeous, the other, had a weird dress and very bold make up, almost gothic looking. Totally did not fit into the GF theme. Oh well, to each their own!

Soon they opened the doors and we checked in and they offered to take our picture. I had just Kadence’s photo taken

I took one with my camera with Kadence throwing a pose in.

I hadn’t planned on buying the photo, but John was alone and fell for the pitch for it while I had been at the buffet! SUCKER!

We were seated shortly and was told we had plenty of time before that characters were to come out, so we got busy filling our plates. Just one picture, but everything I have was very good. I really liked the strawberry soup! I did go back for seconds and desert and I was stuffed!

Soon an announcement was made, Prince Charming was here! He made his way to the tables, and we were like the 4th or 5th table on route. He was just finishing up with the table before ours when the announcement for Cinderella was made. Kadence had gotten up to meet Prince Charming when the doors opened and Cinderella appeared and apparently it made quite an impression on Kadence as she gasped, and held her hand over her mouth like she was in shock!
You don’t know what I would have given to catch her facial expression from the front. I managed to catch it from behind and you can see her hand over her mouth.

Prince Charming left to escort Cinderella around the room quickly and back to her first table.

He came right back to Kadence and she was all swoony (I make up my own words! LOL)

He told her she looked beautiful and asked if he could get a photo with her. Smooth talker!

Cinderella soon came along and seemed a little quiet to me, but did instruct Kadence on how to show off their gowns. She left quickly.

Lady Tremaine soon came by and for us; this was worth the price of admission! She was so in character, she strolled up, and said “Well, aren’t you, (pausing for dramatic effect…) cute. A tinyrella” She had the perfect note of blah in her voice, and a commanding air about her. I loved it!

She snapped her fingers and said “you, here! I assume you would want a picture with me” pointing next to her for Kadence to get a photo with her.

As she glanced though Kadence’s autograph book, she turned to Anastasia’s page as told Kadence she was next. Then she told her to sit. I said thank-you and bye, she replied, “you were charmed, I’m sure” LOL I paid attention to her while she meet with tables around us and she was AWESOME!

Anastasia was next ad was a riot! She exclaimed over Kadence’s gown, asked her where she got it (my Mom was the reply) and Anastasia was like “my Mother buys my dresses too! “ She talked so fast and bounced from subject to subject, I think Kadence’s head was spinning! She LOVED that Kadence had a special page for her and drew a crown on her head. She had a shrill voice that carried loudly, “LOOK, MY VERY OWN PAGE!” Then she told Kadence to pose with her, Nice!

Drusilla was last to appear, and was also very full of herself! She asked Kadence “How do you like my look? Don’t you just love it?” I was waiting for the answer, when Drusilla switched to subject to the autograph book, and thought her page was better than all the others!

She told Kadence that a picture with her would also be better than the rest as well.

She bid us good bye and as she turned to the next table, her large bustle was right in Kadence’s chair back. I caught this look…

You could hear the Step- Sisters’ all over the room, calling out to each other. Once Anastasia saw a bow in a girls hair, and screamed “Mother!! Mother!, I want this bow! Buy it for me!!” Drusilla yelled back, “No, I want it!” It was a fun dinner!

Kadence and I refilled out plates and Daddy got suckered into buying the photo, and then it was time to dance! Prince Charming came by, and I told Kadence to dance with him, but she was all red faced and wasn’t wanting to. What a goof.
Cinderella came along and did ask Kadence to dance and they did.

I had put her birthday on the ADR, and soon her cupcake was bought out. I asked for a to-go box, as Kadence was so full.

Those pictures of Kadence range from precious, priceless and just too darn funny. I like tha meal too. We have eaten twice for dinner and once for breakfast there. It's always been a big hit. Claire always blushes at Prince Charming too. I'll mention to Claire that Daddy is my prince charming and she looks at me like I am nuts and says he's just Daddy.

I do love Kadence's dress. I wonder how many of Claire's dresses still fit her?

I have forgiven john for buying the picture, since it's a good one! 1900 PF was one of the best character meals we've ever done! Loads of fun just watching the characters interact with everyone. Thanks, Sam is great! Went back to her dorm today to get settled in and ready for school Monday.

I was happy with the range of photos I got. Tells a great story! I want to do breakfast, it's the Mad Hatter, Alice, Mary P right? How are they? I tell Kadence that I love her Daddy and she just shakes her head at me

I'm going to be sad when she doesn't fit it anymore. She's had it since 2009. Grandma took it in and hemmed it when she was little. I let it out just last January for our 2011 Jan trip. I think next trip, it won't be coming along It's been along on every trip we've done. I do have my eye on a Janet original if Kadence would like a Alice outfit for Breakfast!
