Great updates, looks like you guys had a fun day at HS so far. I love the pics of Kadence with the Kermit statue and the Miss Piggy Fountain. I love the Muppets, I can't wait to go see that movie!

Thanks! We really enjoy DHS. Kadence loves Kermit ( she's geting him for Christmas) We haven't see the muppets yet, plans to are in the works with some friends.

Great shots from the Muppets show! I'm a bit jealous because the movie isn't released over here until Februrary and I keep hearing about how great it is.

We never got to visit Writers Stop but can't wait to try a yummy snack from there one day.

Stitch sure look like a hard character to get right and on the reason behind why Kadence fell off the stool!!!

It may be Feb before we get to see it the way our lives have been so busy!

I will be going back to the writers shoppe to get one of those Carrot Cake cookie sandwiches!

Well, he does have the rep for clearing a room! She thought it was pretty funny though, so that combined!
Me.. not so much. Again, I was glad we were in the back row! And they are always wondering why I walk so fast, I'm try to outrun the cloud!

After the drawing class, we headed over to find the PP and get some photos taken,





UGH! I look so warm : (

We then headed into one of the stores. John saw a t-shirt he liked and wanted to get it. While Kadence and I waited we watched some performers do a scene in the street. This lady wanted to be “discovered”, so she was sitting, and posing ever so sweetly.



John got his shirt ( blue with a surfing Mickey on it!) And we headed to our lunch ADR, Sci Fi.

Excited to try this place, heard both good and bad, hoping for good!



Riding in a Pink Caddy! Or Buick, or Whatever….



I thought the themeing was great, the bad movies were awesome, and service was very good! Blurry Picture Alert!







I got the Rueben sandwich with FF and a cherry coke. 2 thumbs up!



John got the Bacon Cheese Burger w/ ff. He also got the strawberry shake which was AWESOME! He also gave his meal 2 thumbs up!



Kadence got the kids burger w/ apples slices and juice. She enjoyed it as well.



But her favorite part was when the waitress bought out a special treat for her. A Sci Fi cup full of Carmel Corn and a drivers License!



I swear this kid had Pixie Dust coming out her butt! Overall, we loved it! Will definitely be on our list for future trips!

ME: What did you think of Sci Fi?

Kadence: I LOVED IT! It was so cool, and it was like we were outside but not.

ME: You got a nice surprise there!

Kadence: I got a drivers license! And some carmel corn in a cup. It was good.

Kadence: NO! It was mine, you guys should go for your birthdays!

It was fun, I enjoyed a lot. In fact it has already gone on our "have to" list for next trip.

Next time you guys come down during hockey season, let me know and I'll try and hook you guys up with some Lightning tickets. Tampa is only an hour and half south of Orlando.

Funny enough, that had been part of the plan on this trip, but it just didn't work out. John is looking into that for next time! Right now he's seeing if Tampa will be in Minnesota soon (WI doesn't have a pro team) maybe he'll go there and we can have make a day or two out of it.

I honestly think I would be a little afraid of the green army man... I mean there's just something very weird about the fact that the only thing you can make out on his face is his nose! Eeeek.

We had only planned to be in DHS for half a day due to MNSSHP. I wanted to get back to the room and rest so we could enjoy the party all night.
Along the way, we caught up with the Disney Channel Rocks Float.



Kadence loved it and was soon dancing along!



They soon asked for kids to join them and all of a sudden, my outgoing, showoff daughter…got SHY!
Oh well, let’s make our way to the bus stop. But first, the Kadence decided to come back out of her temporary shell, and pose for some very demure photos…
