Kadence looks so pretty in her Christmas dress and yes, she does look all grown up. I laughed when you said she had just hiked up her tights in front of everybody. It reminded me of the time Lacey had a program and she was sitting on the front row and had her legs spread as wide as could be and she was in a dress! Oh our sweet little girls.

I just couldn't believe she did it! At least her tights were blac, and you couldn't see her undies! We had a wonderful Christmas!

I know! Sometimes I look at her and she seems to have grown overnight. I'm not liking it. I'm not ready to have a tween yet. Why can't they just stay little?
She is a tights hiker always, but I never thought she'd do it in front of people! And with us having it on video, it's gonna be a great feature at her wedding some day!

Thanks! She picked it out herself from Justice, and her tights were from Childrens Place. Ilike to place dress up with her at Christmas!
I will keep a copy with him in there, yearbooks are great venues for this photo!

A few photos from Christmas. Santa was good to her, but Grandma was better.......again!










We bought a Wii as a gift to the family. Kadence is kicking our butts on bowling! Sam didn't want any photos, she's still to cool for that : (

And then, BIG Thank-You's to Janet! for taking the time to stop and pick these up and ship them to us. They arrived on FRIDAY! This really made Kadence's Christmas! She was wondering how Santa got them to us

After trick or Treating, we headed back toward the Castle, to catch the first Villains Mix N Mingle.



The Castle was pretty.

And this is where Kadence’s night went a bit downhill. (TMI-) She has some intestinal issues. She can go for months without having any issues, and then up they spring. She can get the urge to go #2, but by the time she hits the bathroom urge is gone. The urges come back almost constantly, with no relief. She constipates easily, or goes the other way.
Just before the show was to go on, she had to go to the bathroom. John took her so if she missed any of the show I could take pictures and video. The show was announced as delayed for 10 minutes. John & Kadence came back, and just by the look in their eyes I knew it hadn’t gone well. They hadn’t been back very long when the urge hit again. A couple trips back and forth later, we found out the Villains 1st show was being canceled due to lightning. Later in the night I learned that they had also pulled the 7 Dwarves as well for a little while. They did come back out later.

Bathroom issue seemed to have calmed so, we were on a character hunt, off the find Jack Sparrow. Along the way, we found the Dance party with Woody & Jessie!









This is where Kadence had the most fun at. She danced with both characters, and was so happy.

Then she and I headed to the bathroom, no dice. She seen Abu and wanted to get in line. She made it to Abu and enjoyed him as well.

Captain Jack Sparrow was on a break when we showed up and we joined the line. It took about 30 mins to get to him, he had to take a break when there was only 1 lady in front of us, and that’s when Kadence had another urge. We were fully prepared to let people pass in line until we came back from the bathroom. I chatted with the CM about everything, so she said as soon as Kadence came back, she’d be first.

Again, no dice with the bathroom but within minutes Captain Jack was back. Kadence was thrilled to meet him,

It was getting close to time for Hallowishes, so we decided to head over and see where to get a good spot. I also wanted to be close to a bathroom, so we sat in front of the Crystal Palace as there is a bathroom to the left of the restaurant.
As it happened, John and I took turns as Kadence felt urges to go again, so I have just a few photos and they aren’t very good.


















We tried to video it as much as possible for Kadence so she could watch later. She was sad she was missing it. She watches it quite a bit here, and says she’s not gonna have that happens to her again!

No Views from Kadence, she didn’t want to talk about it.
She did say that she wished we stayed at the Dance Party all night! She had to best time there. I think it was because it kept her mind off things. We promised, next time to spend more time doing that.

You should have seen me at the post office when I found out the package in the back was from Disney! I was The lady must have thought I was nuts!

Grandma spoils Kadence rotten every year, I didn't have room to post the 3 drawer dresser full of 18 inch doll clothes! Where am I going to put everything!

I had thought we had a nice spot for the fireworks, but with one of us leaving evey few minutes, the people flowed in and out of our spots. It was nice while I stood still for a minute.

Spending more time at the dance party......... Maybe........

Aw, that is so sad! Poor Kadence and her tummy. I'm glad she was still able to have fun at the party. That's a really mature attitude! It's cute that she enjoyed the dance party so much.

I feel for poor Kadence. My son's intestines seem to work the same way. Ever since he was really small he hasn't liked to ahem "sit down" in a public bathroom so he will have episodes where he needs to go but can't seem to be able to relax to do it until he is super miserable. We've lived through many times like you had so I feel your pain (and my son feel's poor Kadence's). It has gotten much better as he has gotten older....
