Hello to you all! The time is almost here for me to book fastpass. Do I need to wake up extremely early so that I can book rides in the morning or should I be able to do so during the day, while I avoid professional responsibilities? Hahaha. My plan is to wake up a little earlier than I normally do and book what we want in the morning. This is our first trip with the Magic Bands so I apologize if this question has been repeatedly asked. Many thanks for the help in advance.

Just depends on what rides/shows or character M&Gs you want to do. It also helps to do them early so you can setup FPs around your plans for each park The top attractions will go pretty fast. Let us know what your are hoping to set up and I'm sure the vets will give you solid advice.

See the Availability post in the FP FAQ, linked to in my signature below.

Awesome. Thank you. I was hoping to book early in the morning or stay awake until midnight, but apparently I have to wait until 7 AM. Thanks for the help! Much appreciated.

I woke up early. Pandora was a priority because I knew the kids would lament not being able to ride once they started hearing about it. 7DMT was also a must-do for them. All of our others weren't that urgent.

We're 5 and are likely to take advantage of last minute availability for part of our group but, it's fun to ride it together the first time!

I will be up early to book. We have rescheduled our trip twice now. I swear, we are going in August, even if it kills me. lol

I took the day off last Monday (I am a teacher) to get online at 7est (6cst) to book my FP's for July. I always do this to make sure I got Pandora went I wanted to and also SDMT and Frozen/Soarin on different days.

Can I book my fastpasses for the entire trip or do I have to log on everyday to book for each day that is 60 days away?

On my FP+ day I planned to get into the office early to book all my FPs, but was a little slow getting out the door. Wound up stopping at a Starbucks between my house and my office so that I could be connected and ready to book at 7am. It was really nice to be able to book all my FPs at the times that I wanted them, without having to rearrange my plans. That said, I've had to modify a couple of them since the day I booked them and didn't have any trouble moving them to the new times I wanted (but I wasn't trying to move my 7DMT, FEA or NRJ FPs...)

I am getting up early, because our trip is during a holiday week and I know it's going to be tough to get 7DMT and FEA.

I'm always up before 7 anyways but I did book my fast passes right at 7 am and a few attractions such as Frozen Ever After were already only available in the afternoon. So I would definitely suggest looking at 7am if you want to do some of the more popular items.

I was up at the designated time. Got everything we wanted with some timing issues. Went back on a few hours later and found openings hat worked for us. In a couple of places I had to switch attraction times. FEA is at the end of our trip. Our FPs are almost the earliest you can get - 11:10

So for those who have already gotten your FP's for the new Pandora rides did you notice them going quickly?

I woke up early because of Pandora and Frozen ever after. Woke up 15 mins before the 60 day window. It sucked but I got the fastpasses I wanted and went back to bed for a nap before work.

We have it booked for three people. I just looked and there are a number of times available for three in later afternoon and evening. Compare that to FEA, later in our trip, which has only two slots for three people remaining.

On our 60 day, which was on Easter, there were a large number of slots open from morning to evening.

My wife is doing the Navi River Ride. There is a lot of availability for one person.

So for those who have already gotten your FP's for the new Pandora rides did you notice them going quickly?

Just booked this morning at 60 days. Flight of Passage appears most popular. The morning time slots filled quickly but afternoon is still available. Navi river still has morning times available.
