If i have one night waitlisted, does the system magically give me that night once it becomes available or does this have to be manually reviewed and entered by Disney employee??

It will be pulled from inventory on your behalf and a DVC CM will make the reservation manually. Sometimes the room will not be picked up by the wait list software as soon as it becomes available. That's why a lot of owners will also stalk the website for nights they want.
