Waitlist

I am checking in a day earlier then my family for our upcoming September trip at Poly. I put in two request for waitlist at BCV and RIV for the one night. If I get one of those resorts will disney email me or will it show up on my dashboard how does that work. Thank you

I've had both happen. I have received an email stating the waitlist was fulfilled. And I have seen the waitlist was fulfilled when I went onto the DVC website and never received an email letting me know.
I have also heard do not wait for the waitlist -- keep checking yourself to see if you can get the one night. If you can book it and cancel your waitlists.

Those two resorts are hard too get. I personally would pick one of those and one that is a bit easier.

I already have kidani savannah studio booked for that one night I just figured I’d roll the dice but didn’t quite understand how it worked.

I had one night for BCV waitlisted for Labor Day weekend and it came through last Friday. I got an email saying it came though then checked my dashboard and it was there. So excited! I had been constantly checking so was quite surprised. Good luck!

I had two waitlists. I received an email when the first was fulfilled. The second one wasn’t fulfilled even though rooms were available. So keep checking yourself don’t just rely on the waitlist.
