With the new waitlist rules I know I am limited to two waitlists (which I've put in and have on-going). However, is there anything to stop me from calling frequently (not necessarily every day . . . .don't have time) to check to see if there is availability at one of the other resorts/room types that I would have liked to have waitlisted but couldn't because of the new rule?
I am taking a solo trip in late March/early April and really wanted to stay at a resort other than my home resort of SSR just to try something new. It's a long, complicated story, but I had a reservation at BWV, and ended up cancelling it, but now would love to have it back. (Thanks DVC for not having your incentive programs clearly in place--if you had put your incentive programs clearly in place at the beginning of the founding member's sale period and/or announced the cruise incentive for GCV two days earlier I wouldn't be in this situation.) Of course, when I called back only availability for my dates (airfare booked) was SSR. I like SSR--and will gladly stay there--but really wanted to something different this trip.
