Waitlist success!!!

I think! I am a new owner and made a one night reservation Saturday morning for 11/11 for BLT studio but requested a waitlist for BWV (my first choice) as I wanted us to be near Jellyrolls.......

I was messing around with the member website and noticed an area that lists your current reservations and BWV is listed!! YEAH!!!

Should I request anything specific? It is for a pool/garden view room. I know a request is just a request but this is the first time my husband has stayed in a deluxe of any kind and I want him to be blown away!!!

Oh....and since we are using ME AND Disney transport to the port....do they do that automatically when a waitlist comes through or do I need to call? Thanks!!

You have to arrange for ME. You can do it on line on the member site or just call MS and arrange for it. I am not sure if BWV is one of the resorts that DCL picks up at for port transporation. I know that BCV has a DCL desk, but I don't think BWV has.

PS. I like the Village Green area when I have pool/garden view. You get a glimpse of the BW area. You can hear the horn of the Friendship boats from those villas, if that would be a problem.

I had already arranged for ME when I made the original reservation.....so I have to call and change it over?

Please someone verify or not whether BWV has a pickup for the port.....Hubby will NOT be amused if we need to shlep our luggage over to the Beach Club.

Just to update:

I called member services and everything had automatically transferred over...she even connected me to a "cruise expert" to make sure the port transfers were correct.

Our pickup is now 12:45 at BWV as opposed to 11:35at BLT!? She said its plenty of time (which I am sure is correct) but really wish they would get us there earlier......
