Since this has been a hot topic lately I thought I would share.
I have had 2 waitlists to add nights to our 2 night 1 bdrm concierge room at Jambo in Sept., either before or after. I have been trying to check availability daily to see if either night happens to show available. We have 4 nights before already booked at BWV, but had nothing booked yet for the last night. So yesterday after checking one more time, I decided to go ahead and book a value studio while it was still available. Was okay with that even though it meant moving again as we would still have lounge access all day.
Well... this morning I wake up and have a email confirmation from DVC and low and behold it was for that one bedroom concierge level!! I was so shocked! So waitlist do automatically match , even for those hard to get rooms!!!
So excited, after being members for 17 years, this will be hubby's and mine first visit alone together since spending our honeymoon at WDW in 1989!
