Waitlist Strategy for December at AKV-KV

I currently have ressies for a standard view studio in Kidani Village at AKV for Dec. 2-5 and ressies for a studio at SSR for Dec. 6-8. I am currently on the waitlist for Dec. 6-8 for a standard view studio KV at AKV. I previously had another waitlist to get Dec. 4 at AKV, which just came through this week. Now that I have another waitlist slot, I was wondering if it would make sense to do one wait list for Dec. 6 and change the existing one to Dec. 7-8. I thought I might be more likely to get one night instead of the three nights together. Then if the one night came through, I could further split my waitlists into one for Dec. 7 and one for Dec. 8. My only concern would be if I got my waitlist for Dec. 7-8, but not Dec. 6. Think it's worth the risk?

We'll have our 22-month-old with us, and we're traveling with another family who is staying at KV, so I am very anxious to get our whole trip at KV and not have to switch rooms mid-trip. Thanks for any input!

I'd waitlist 12/6-7 and 12/6-8. Once 12/6 becomes available, you can then just waitlist your last night.

While your strategy makes since (I did something similar last year) I thought that the rules were changed late last year and you can't do day by day waitlists anymore.
