Waitlist Questions Please Help??

I am waitlisted for Nov.10-14 for a 2 bedroom anywhere but it is for the entire stay, I have been on the list for only a couple of weeks and now I read that I should have done each night? I have the entire reservation for cash right now at OKW so if I switch to each night on the waitlist will that put us at the end of the waitlist? and should I just put the waitlist for OKW only so that if I only get one night on points I won't have to move? I hope this all makes sense.

I'd get on the WL for anywhere for the entire time except OKW. For OKW, I'd ask to be WL'd each day. That way, if days come available you ask for them to link them with your cash reservation, i.e. 11/10 Cash, 11/11 Points, 11/12 & 13 Cash but you would be in the same accommodation and not have to move. If the entire vacay comes available somewhere else (BW, BC, WL, SSR) you just cancel cash nights, cancel points nights (if any) at OKW. Points go into holding account but you use them right away for the other reservation that came through. Boy...that sounds confusing, huh?

At this point I agree with Dizz42. Take the cash ressie at OKW, and WL for any night that open up there, and stay on the WL for your other choices for the entire time(otherwise you will run the risk of having to move). OKW and SSR are the largest resorts, so you stand the best chance of getting a room there. But do not give up hope because Disney will put their unrented rooms into circulation too...there by poss. opening your WL request.
