Waitlist question

I had booked a two bedroom lock-off at my home resort at SSS for 5/31-6/6/2012. We decided to add two more people to the reservation, and the tree house villas seem a better option due to the extra bedroom and the point cost is the same. I was able to get all the nights except one. I booked THV for 6/4,5,6 and waitlisted for 5/31, 6/1,2,3. Would it be better just to waitlist for 6/3 and book the THV for the rest of the nights (they are currently available)? What is the chance we could get that one night instead of having to move from THV to the two bedroom for one night and then back to THV? Thanks for any input.

Is the one night available for cash?

A one night waitlist is likely to come through, but who knows? I wouldn't want to leave and then come back after 1 night. If I couldn't pay cash for the one night, I think I would start in a 2 bedroom and end in the threehouse.

I didn't ask about a cash reservation for the one night. I guess I will leave things as they are and hope the one night comes through in the next nine months
