Waitlist Question - Borrowing Points from 2 contracts

I have two December UY contracts with small amounts of points left for 2019 (nothing left in 2018). I have 9 points in CCV and 50 in VGF. I went ahead and booked a reservation at SSR resort for 51 points because that was all that was available, but I have two waitlists, both waitlists are 54 points. When setting up the waitlist, it asks you which contract you would like to borrow from, but I would need to borrow from both contracts to have enough points if my waitlist comes through.

My question is - if my waitlist were to come through, would it automatically borrow from both contracts or would it auto-cancel because I don't have enough points in a single contract? I did set the waitlist up to auto-cancel the existing SSR reservation, not sure if that matters or not. Thanks.

If they are two different UY/member ID number, you'd have to transfer from one to the other to put them in one pot. You can't combine points for a single night without transferring if they are different member IDs. You say they are both Dec UY, but are they different contract numbers? Remember, too, that you cannot borrow transferred points. So your trip would have to be after Dec 1.
