Waitlist Online

I'm assuming I'm not the only one that hasn't been able to submit a waitlist online for the last couple of days? Reservations seem to work fine, but I can't waitlist.

Would it really cost that much to actually fix things? It's not like they pay for it anyway.
 
I use the booking tool. Do a regular reservation. Change it to a waitlist on a room that only had x days available. Fill out all the stuff and X the agreement and EVERY time I get the dwarfs. What am I missing then? Doesn't seem to matter the machine nor the browser.
 
That’s what I did too and it worked, I have learned that it is a strange IT system that makes no sense why things work for one account and not another.

I tried to modify guests in a room at VGF since I screwed it up on MDE...plus wanted to use newly freed up points from a different change, It would not let me. So, I did the whole email trick that is usually needed for VGC and put that in again and Yup, it worked. Never had that happen.

DVC Website is really messed up today. I was able to modify and waitlist a reservation this morning. Now the site has totally crashed. :scratchino_O
 
I am continuing to have this problem. I really don't want to sit on hold for 2 hours to do a waitlist. Has anyone successfully done a waitlist like this within the last week or two?

I've tried several computers and virtually every browser known to mankind. The problem is on their end as best I can tell. Can anyone prove that wrong, or at least that it has something to do with my account or something else?
 
Just did a new waitlist yesterday. But, none of my nights were available. Let me try to do one where they are and get back to you!!
 
Yup! Just let me create a 2 night waitlist for March when one night was there and one was not.

Another one of those IT issues that is not impacting everyone.
 
Just did a zero days available on one of my home resorts and had the same result. Replace/Addition to doesn't seem to matter either. It simply will not execute a waitlist for me anymore. I have done them in the past, but I can't do them anymore it seems.
 
Just an interesting tidbit of totally insignificant errata. I have a current reservation that I made last week that had all days available (of course) and at the end, it took me to exactly that same "Working on it" screen. When I went back to my dashboard, the reservation was there as if all had went thru successfully and I got my email notification within the hour as I usually do. I have not been able to reproduce that result with a waitlist, but it was an interesting anomaly.

I had that happen with a modification! Not consistently but was surprised it did it at all.
