Waitlist Issue

Something strange happened yesterday. I called Member Services to talk to them about something else, and the CM said to me, "Well, what about your waitlist'? I replied, "What waitlist"? Evidently one had come through for me and was getting ready to expire. No one had called me. I have caller ID and call waiting, and no message. Is this a one off? Or has this happened to other members?
