Waitlist for November

I booked BCV at my 11 month window for 10/24 - 11/2 and waited listed for BWV at 9:00 a.m. on the 7 month window and so far no good.

Saw decent airfare to MCO from Seattle the first weekend of Nov. We also have about 80 points without a plan to use them. Had been keeping an eye on the Interval short stay site, but nothing within driving distance from Seattle (not surprised, not a lot of choices). So talked DW into exploring a trip to WDW for food and wine, taking the redeye and arriving Saturday 11/1 and leaving Wednesday 11/5. We thought we'd do either a studio or 1BR. Nothing available anywhere, with the exception of Sat night at a few resorts. So got on the waitlist at SSR for both studio and 1BR for Sat through Tuesday nights.

Did not purchase the airfare. We'll see if the waitlst comes through and then we'll see if there is a good fare. We can use miles to buy down the price of the ticket by 50%, which means even if the fare goes up I'll still book it. Just DW and myself, so hoping it works out.

Just found out today our waitlist for SSR came through. Turns out the airfare jumped a bit, but still reasonable. So I've gone from wondering what to do with these points to a confirmed trip.

Yipee! Yesterday at 6:30 AM I went to the DVC site and found my one night waitlist had come thru at BWV. It was the middle night of our 3 day hop for F&W 11/2-11/5, so I was REALLY stressing over it.

Now I can stress over whether or not BWV is as badly in need of rehab as I keep reading.......

I am booked for two bedroom a VWL for 5-9 Nov but hoping to clear the wait list for BCV's but nothing yet.

also waiting for bcv-2 bdrm for nov 6 and 9th. have bcv from 11/5-11. 11/6 at ss and 11/9 at bwv...hoping to get bcv so we won't have to move twice. good luck. the disney reps keep telling me to hang in there....so hopefuly something will come up for me and you.

My waitlist finally came through - trying to add a night at the beginning of our trip to SSR, and was waitlisted for a studio anywhere for Nov. 2 - got a studio at SSR, so we don't have to move
Good luck to everyone else - I waited a month, but still have over two months - doing the double digit dance
