Waitlist for BWV points ?

What price for points would DVC charge for points at BWV if somethig became available ?? Thie would assume a current time sale.

I believe the current price for BWV points directly through Disney is $95/point. Depending on the Use Year you need, they may have points available immediately, otherwise you can be put on the waiting list. Some folks on the wait list have gotten their points within a few weeks, others have waited longer. We have a February use year, and were on the waitlist for 3 months to add-on 55 points at BWV. $95 per point is correct on the price.

After coming thisclose to buying SSR, we went on the waitlist for 314 BWV points on August 30th.

On September 9th, we had our points. It happened much faster than I thought it would! We paid 95 per point, and got the full amount of 2006 points through DVC.
I have noticed many Timeshare Store contracts do not come with points...They are stripped of them.

I just bought my BWV 250 point contract yesterday. I was a non-member and I was on the boardwalk waitlist for 1 day. August use year with all 2006 available. $95 per point is correct. No closing costs. I booked my first trip to boardwalk today for January 12-16. It was nice be able to book the day after I purchased.

To follow up on the last post, I called yesterday and was able to purchase a BWV 150 points there and then, plus is was loaded with 2006 points which I was able to bank into 2007 straight away ........I really was surprised there was no waiting at all !!

This was for an April use year, but my guide said he also had some June use year points as well avaliable

Plus I didn't pay any closing costs (And I am a new memeber!!)

So it looks like BWV is becoming a bit easier to buy into at the moment..........but I am sure not gonna complain, coz in a few hours I am gonna be calling MS to book my first trip home !!!
