Waitlist disappeared from Dashboard

I went to peruse the DVC site a/k/a stalk the RAT for my waitlists. I click on my dashboard and only see 1 of my 2 waitlists. So I got to re-add the waitlist that has disappeared and it won't let me (because it says I already have 2 waitlists). Is this just a disney tech glitch? Is my waitlist going to come through? Should I call to figure out why I can't see my waitlist anymore?

I believe that when it disappears, it usually means it's being filled and that the CM has to manually enter the information.

That’s what happened to me earlier this week. I called when I saw it missing, I wanted to be sure where they took the additional points the new reservation needed.

Our waitlist disappeared a couple days ago from our Dashboard too. But if we click on the tab My DVC Membership and then waitlists it still shows up there. So I'm thinking it's a glitch.

My experience is that it is in the processed of being filled.

It will still show under waitlist. Call if you wish, but it’s probably been fulfilled.

Thanks all! I still see it under the waitlist tab but nothing on my dashboard. It's a mystery and I'll wait until tomorrow. If I don't see it under the dashboard, I'll call!!

No mystery. And no glitch.

It means it's matched and just waiting to be finalized by a CM. If you want to possibly speed the process up you can call and ask the CM to complete the match. Some have to call someone else to do it and others know how to do it themselves. Or just wait and it will be finalized at some point.

Yep. Last week both mine and my daughter’s waitlist disappeared. I got confirmation the next day. My daughter didn’t get confirmation for a week.

We’ve had a couple of waitlists that disappeared, and when we call about them a month later, they manually completed the reservations. Wonder what’s the longest a waitlist has been held in limbo like this?

Hooray! Thanks everyone...yes it was a matched waitlist, just took them a over week to match it lol. They even added it to the ressie for the nights we already had booked!

I had a match that was held up for a few weeks recently. No big deal, since I knew it had matched and just needed to be manually confirmed.
