Waitlist came through! Sort of...

We have a BCV 1BR reserved for 10/16 checking out 10/21. I needed to add another night at the end of our reservation. I was able to get a 1BR at SSR for that night. I went ahead and booked that and WL'd for 1 night at VWL--studio or 1BR. (We are going to HDDR that evening and have breakfast reservations for Sat morning at Whispering Canyon. Thought it would be easier to stay closer to WL).

Well, low and behold, got an e-mail confirmation yesterday of our reservation change for that Friday evening! YAY! When I opened the reservation...confirmed for Friday night in a studio at...BCV.

So, we gave up our SSR 1BR and got booked in a BCV studio. I guess MS got confused when she made the waitlist and booked us at BCV. So, as of this morning, we are currently WL'd for a studio or 1BR at VWL.

We'll see if the WL works again before October!

wondering if you wouldn't mind sharing when you first went on the waitlist? We just joined DVC, and just went on the waitlist for BCV for 10/25- 10/29, figured there's probably not much of a chance but it doesn't hurt to try! Thanks!

Sure. We went on the WL on June 16th. So around 3 weeks.

Well, luckily, our WL for 1 night (10/21) for VWL came through this morning! We are now in a 1BR at VWL so our BCV studio is available or went to somebody else's WL this morning.
