Waitlist came through but now I have a ???

Booked a studio for some family members at end of June and 1 night was waitlisted. When I spoke to MS the CM told me that the reservations would be 'linked' if and when the waitlist came through. Well it did come through but shows up on website as a separate reservation with a different res #. Does this mean that they are going to have to change rooms for the last night of their trip?

No, you shouldn't have to move. We have a ressie for 6/1-6/3 "linked" to 6/4-6/7 that also have different ressie numbers so that we won't have to change rooms once we are there. So my guess would be as long as the CM told you that the two ressies were linked then you should be ok.

We've had this situation before and as long as the reservations are linked there will be no problem. Just make sure to mention it upon check in. Better safe than sorry!!

Just returned from a stay at BWV. Had 3 reservations that were linked together and stayed in the same studio the entire stay. Towel and Trash day was done as scheduled.

However, experienced a DME glitch. At the end of the first reservation received the DME pick up letter. Called MS and confirmed we were listed for DME pick up for our final check-out day. At the end of the second reservation received another DME letter. Went to concierge desk and again confirmed DME service for our last day. At the end of our third reservation received the DME notice we expected.

No one was sure why this happened. Had a great visit!

I also had linked reservations and had no problems. The one thing that did happen is that by the end of the first reservation I got the phone call about checking out the next day and express check out and so.
I guess certain automatic systems do not understand about linked reservations as good as the nice CM at the front desk do.
