Waitlist affect receiving Room Confirmation?

Hey Guys.
I Booked two separate stays through the DVC site and linked them to MME. One stay in Sept is at OKW and the other is at SSR in January. I received my confirmation booklet from Disney for my January SSR stay but nothing for OKW in Sept. Is this because I am currently waitlisted for BWV's for my Sept stay?

The waitlist should have nothing to do with it, it's prob just running a tad behind.

You can call Member Services to check, if that gives you peace of mind. (I would.)

Confirmation booklet? Oh the relatively new things with a magnet in the back? If so I saw another thread wondering if these were now "over". Might be so.

I hope they're still around - I keep checking mine to verify the dates that I can do things. And, OP, I'd call MS to ask. I know I got one for my October trip so even if they're phasing them out I would have expected your September trip to have one.

I've been getting email recently for reminders. That's just as good or better IMO.

An email is nice but my main computer currently is deader than basically anything that has never been alive, so something that I *know* I can get my hands on is not a bad thing to have, in my opinion. And, more importantly (to me), the other members of my family each got one so I know they have the information. (In this case, I've got 4 separate reservations and I'm not sure I gave any/correct email info to MS for each room - but I did evidently give the correct mailing information.) Plus, email reminders are sent based on Disney's timeframe - that little booklet is something I can pick up whenever I happen to think of it.

I got mine recently for a January trip, but it was no longer a magnet in the back. The dates were printed, but no easy way to save it or use it. I 'filed' it.
