Our BCV closed on 5/11/04. I checked and our deed is registered, yet I have called MS 3 times now and we still are not in their system. On Thursday I was told to wait and call back on Monday. Should I being following a different route? Is MS the correct place to call, or should I be calling a different number? We are headed down June 9th and it would sure be nice if we had our member card and whatever other info they send with it. We are first time buyers, and this has been the longest process for me. By the way, we are staying at BC for a long weekend trip.

Ask to speak to a supervisor Monday if you are not in the system. This seems too long as our OKW resale was in the system within 3 days of closing back in 2002.

When we were "floating" somewhere in the system, I ended up being helped first by the DVC "legal" deptartment (something about registering the change with DVC), and then had to talk to DVC accounting (who manually put me in the system). You might call them back, and ask for those different departments.

We closed on the 12th of May and were in the system 6 business days later....but I did call every da!

I think it took us 6 or 7 business days to be in the system. We closed the end of April and still have not received our member cards - I don't know if you will get yours before you go.
