When you wait to rope drop AK, do they let you in far enough to walk around the Oasis area (like with Main Street at MK) or are you blocked off further out?
So our plan is to RD Everest and line up as close to wherever we can that gets us closest. Where would you recommend taking a good picture of the tree of life while we wait?

Right after you come through the Oasis at the top of the bridge.
Otherwise, it's about impossible to not find a good angle on the ToL
from anywhere around the walking path that encircles the ToL. (Green line on the map below.)

Sure.
You can walk clear up to it (and go inside it at its base) because that's where the attraction, "It's Tough to Be a Bug" is located.
The entrance to It's Tough to Be a Bug is a circuitous pathway that allows viewing the ToL
as you approach it. (And, you'll walk directly past some large unique animal sculptures in the
"carved into" base of the tree.)
There is also a path that runs right "behind" the ToL that can be accessed via the EXIT of It's Tough to Be a Bug
that also features a few animal viewing pens along its route.

We are planning on doing Na'vi standby first thing on a 7am emh. Is there much time to be gained by waiting in the mass of Pandora people or could we mill about and take pictures and the like?
