waiting on dreams unlimited?

How long does it take for a quote from dreams unlimited? I contacted them on 12/5, and was told they would be contacting me shortly. I'm still waiting, should I contact them again? I don't want to bother them if they are busy.

I typically hear back from them sooner than that. If you have a bulk mail box, check that too. I have had occasions where I am looking in my inbox for something like that and find that the email routed it to the bulk mail (as spam).

I requested info from them on the Dec. 8th and just got it this morning. Hope you get yours soon.

I would send another request. Maybe you'll end up with a better agent that way.

I would send them an e-mail just to double check that they did receive your request. I believe that they are located in New Jersey and could have been impacted by the major Nor'easter that came through Friday to Sunday. I had problems getting any e-mail to them until just yesterday.

Contact them again. Sometimes for one reason or another, bad email address or a full mailbox like mentioned above they might be having trouble reaching you!!
