Waiting for Wish

Anyone else waiting to book the Disney Wish’s inaugural sailings? Seems like forever until those itineraries are released.

We turn platinum after our DCL cruise this summer. Hoping this will help us grab a stateroom on the Wish ASAP when the dates are published. Some years ago we got on the Fantasy the second week it officially sailed. Hope for a bit of pixie dust!

Yes, we’re waiting too. My daughter was hoping to get to platinum, but not sure if she will when bookings open in October. She’s on #9 in September and hoping for a Vgt this summer. If not, I’ll book a room in my name and one in my husbands name because we can’t be sure if there will be anything left when gold opens.....lol.....like the hawaii cruise opening day. I’m anxious for the next release as we have several placeholders to use. (they are the old ones with obc)

I learned the hard way from visiting Star Wars Galaxy Edge before they opened Rise of the Resistance: I'm not going to be doing "beta versions" of Disney any more. I will sail on the Wish after they open Lighthouse Point and have had at least six months to "work out kinks" (and for me to find out from reviews if there are any pitfalls to avoid, e.g., aft vibrations on the Fantasy)
