it has been over an hour now....

I got thru around 10:30, they took my number and said I would get a call back within and hour or two as their computers are receiving "enhancemnts"

wondering if I should try calling again...hmmmmm

12 noon EST computers are still down. She said perhaps around 12:30 they would be back up..
