Waiting for August Hours - All hours are up!!

I'm waiting! I kept changing my ititnerary so much I had to put it away for the last 3 weeks! So, I'm semi-patiently waiting!

I am waiting for August hours because then it's only 1 month away from September hours!!!

To all the park-hopping people - I am getting it for the reason that we're eating for free, and that the 100$ for both of us that it costs so that we have peace of mind in knowing we can go to different parks, and so that we can get into Epcot for our dinner after our day at the Animal Kingdom is worth it for eating for free, compared with the 500$ that it would cost if we got the plan not for free. Altogether, the free dining, with tips, for 8 days & parkhoppers - will cost around 100$, compared with about 600$ for the DDP with tips if we didn't get free dining.

And that means that all the money that I saved by getting a value resort and free dining can go towards stuff for me! And Dole Whips!

With your number of posts you probably already know this and I am just misunderstanding. You say you are only making one ADR? Are you only staying one night? You get one Table Service credit per night. I have travelled during Free Dining before and the ADRs are hard to get. With the new system now hopefully eliminating double bookings, there may be better availability.

Sorry if I misunderstood your post, but I just wanted to make sure you wouldn't miss out on your credits.

Aw, thanks for the heads up. I think I was a little misleading. We're actually not doing free dining. DH hates Disney food...gasp, the horror! But, I convinced him to do WC so I'll still need to make an ADR for it. I know ADRs are hard to come by during free dining, but I figure since I'm calling so early I should be able to get what in at WC w/o a problem. ::crosses fingers::

For us it would be $200 - normally we get AP's and don't worry about it, but after thinking about it - we don't normally park hop anyway. Luckily if we decide we want to park hop - we can always add it on at the last minute. I can't imagine we will though.
