So there were these turquoisey ceramic lamps at Target that I have been eyeing and coveting for quite some time. When I first saw them, they were $59.99 each and as much as I loved them, I just couldn't pay that.
A few weeks later, "my" lamps were marked down, to $45.99. Cheaper, yes, but still more than I wanted to pay. I made the decision that if they were meant to be mine, then they would wait for me until they got marked down far enough.
Last night, I went back to Target to get hair conditioner for DD (a last-minute rush thing, went to shower her and discovered there was no conditioner, and she has waist-length hair so we needed it). I decided to mosey by the housewares aisle (it had been several weeks since I last went to that particular Target) and lo and behold, there were MY lamps, marked down to $14.99 each!
It pays to be patient!
