Wait, We're Going BACK?!?!?!?! - A May 2016 PTR

Actually, I could use you guys' opinion on something. When it come to FP+ on Saturday, do you think I should make them at Epcot then see what we can get at HS in the afternoon, or make them for HS & just do stuff stand-by in the morning?
Things to take into consideration:

• We try to only get FP+ for things Cloe can do & she is a VERY petite little girl. She's JUST over 40" with normal shoes on. But looking at ride heights I guess the only things she's too short for are M:S & RnR
• Her favorite thing is "going in the EPCOT ball" so last time we used a FP+ AND a 4th FP for SE because lines were LONG but I'm wondering if it's morning & off-peak if it won't be a big deal if we just go there 1st thing
• We definitely want to book our Friday FP+ at AK and just take it easy at EPCOT that evening.

I'd love any thought or opinions y'all might have

This is the best. But a word of caution...only get this if you think that icing is the best part of cake. Which I do, so I loved it.

1. School Bread - I know; I KNOW. But y'all. I knew nothing of this when I was a kid, and the last two trips Kringla was so busy we couldn't get in the door.

Make sure you DO NOT miss out on School Bread this time! It's my absolute favorite snack in all of WDW The only thing that has even come close is the Carrot Cake Cookie, and while that, too is heaven it's not even close to knocking my beloved School Bread out of 1st place.

WAIT.....does this mean you've NEVER done TSMM??!!

4. Symphony in the Stars

DH and I saw this in January and it's fantastic. We thought the Frozen fireworks were beautiful but these beat those!

Garden Grill will be our ONLY repeat meal. Say what you will but we love it

We did GG breakfast back in Nov. and it's DS10's #1 request for this Nov.

If this is the day you plan on doing TSMM then definitely make them at HS. The chance of getting one in the afternoon day-of for Toy Story is slim to none. Are you going for RD at Epcot? You could do TT right away then SE. I highly doubt there'll be a long line then for SE. There's really nothing else over there that will get a long line. However over at HS going in the afternoon without any FP's you'll potentially be looking at a wait for ToT, DEFINITELY TSMM, GMR, possibly Star Tours. Might have a bit of a wait for some of the shows but if you get on line early enough you'll be ok.
Often when we've tried to get FPs day-of in the afternoon at HS, all that's left is Muppets, Fantasmic, Star Tours, VotLM, and occasionally ToT.

Yay! ADRs and snack lists! I am glad you had an easy time getting what you wanted. Ever since Disney put the kibosh on ADR watcher apps, I have noticed that everyone has had a much easier time booking what they want. I have already changed my own so many times and have only run into one where I couldn't get what I wanted (but ended up with something even better, so it's all good!)

I am glad to see the Desert Violet frozen lemonade on your list. I am captivated by it myself. I love flowers in my food and beverages.

I agree with @ariane37 that FPs are a better choice at DHS.

The One Where We Get What We Want!
Hello Lovelies! Sorry it's been so long since I really updated you guys. But not to worry I've got an *AWESOME* update today & a small one planned for later this week.
SO! As of today we're at 58 days out from our trip. That's right. I made our FP+ on Friday night! And y'all. Y'ALL. I am SOOOOOOOOOO pleased! Let me tell you the thing

Thursday/ MK Day:
10:05-11:05 PP - It's Cloe's absolute favorite & she begged for it to be our first ride of the trip. Luckily it was easy enough for mama to comply lol
11:15-12:15 7DMT - I have this booked for all four of us, but we'll see what happens. As of now, Cloe said it was fun but she doesn't want to do it again, so I may end up riding once with my brother & then once with my aunt. Guess we'll see.
2:30-3:30 Buzz - I challenged my brother to be my ride buddy when we all do this. Little does he know I know where all the good targets are. I never get to win at anything so this is payback


Friday/ AK Day:
9:40-10:40 Safari - I kind of doubt we really *need* this one, but we missed out on the Safari last trip becasue of some timing issues so I promised my aunt I would make sure we didn't miss it this time.
11:30-11:50 Nemo Show - this is for Cloe & my aunt while my brother and I head over to
11:45-12:45 EE - I've only done it once & my brother never has. I'm really excited we'll ride it together.


Saturday/Epcot & DHS Day:
We did decide to forgo any FP+ at Epcot. Our plan is to head straight to the Character Spot to meet Baymax (& hopefully Joy & Sadness) right after breakfast. Then I *might* jump in the TT single rider line. Then one more stop for Cloe to get her SE fix before we head over to DHS. We'll meander for a bit & then our FP+ are all for after lunch.
2:45-3:45 TSMM - YAY!
4:20-5:20 Star Tours
5:50-6:05 JotLM - For my aunt & Cloe unless Cloe just REALLY wants me to see it with her.
5:50-6:50 ToT - For my aunt & brother as it's the only ride in the parks that I absolutely *refuse* to do. But then they'll hang with Cloe while I go to RnR later.



I am just so so happy with what we got & our times! Lucky to have another easy, stress-free planning step done!​

I was pleased with our FP initial selection. It was pretty painless and I got so much that we wanted. (I will be updating my own PTR this weekend.)

My SIL feels the same as you about ToT. She has ridden it three times, but the last time was her LAST time. She only went on it with us because we hadn't been on it ever and she likes to give it the old college try. Falling is my worst fear and I hate feeling out of control. My first ride - hated it. But my husband LOVED it and really wanted to go on again. Second ride? I loved it!

I wasn't planning on any character meets this trip, but I might have to bend that rule for Baymax, Joy and Sadness.

The One with the Changes
Hello again Lovelies! Sorry I've been gone so long. There's not really a particular "reason" there just hasn't been much of anything to report.
This week however we decided to make a couple changes to our plan!
Thankfully, once again everything went seamlessly. Everything's coming up Milhouse!

Basically, all we've really done Is switch our Epcot dinner from San Angel Inn to Chefs de France, and our "goodbye lunch" in DS from T-Rex to The Boathouse. Talk about an upgrade!!

We've done our online check-in for CBR. We requested a room in Jamaica or Aruba with a murphy bed. We aslo called to add a request for a corner room and/or second floor. However we still stressed that that murphy is priority #1 because considering our party is all in one room, none of the adults want to share with one another, only Cloe gets to share lol. We also know we're supposed to get water view as that's what our prize package included.
Our Magic Bands are supposed to ship out on Monday so I'm planning on another (VERY QUICK) post when they arrive because I think that'll be the moment when this is all 100% REAL!
