I'm wondering how much I can reasonably expect to get done in Fantasyland before 11:15am (in July, crowd level 7/8).

We have a PPO BOG, so I am hoping to get on 7DMT before the rope droppers and then head to Merida. We have FPs for Enchanted Tales and Rapunzel. Is it possible to get in Gaston, Ariel, Under the Sea, and Winnie the Pooh?

I'm hoping to get a lot done in the morning and minimize crisscrossing in the afternoon.

I generally plan on getting 4 things done in the first hour, 3 things done in the second hour, and 2 things in each hour after that. I think it should be easy enough to get all of that accomplished, but character meets always throw me because we rarely ever do them.

Definitely. Honestly you can get a lot done in the first two hours. Our last day at MK was crowd level 8 or 9 (July 1), it was EMH and we were off-site guests so we weren't able to get in the 10-15 minutes early that day. And between 9-11 we were able to do: Tomorrowland Speedway, all the M&G at the Storybook Circus (Minnie, Daisy, Goofy and Donald), Enchanted Tales, Little Mermaid.
