Wait times for Tony's outdoor seating

We are planning to make a reservation for Tony's later this year during an expected busy one of only two non-MVMCP dates (Monday) for the week. We would like to sit on the patio and understand there may be an additional wait. If we wanted to be seated just before 3PM, what time would we need to make a reservation? 2:30PM?

Also, how many do the patio tables seat?
