Which characters that do not have a FP option tend to be the longest wait (Gaston, Merida, Jasmine, etc), and what is everyone’s experience/average wait time for them recently? Just trying to get a feel about what to expect. We have a 5 yr old girl and are going next week. We have dinner at 1900 Park so that will take care of Cinderella and the stepsisters, also doing Bon Voyage breakfast for Rapunzel/Flynn/Ariel/Eric and was lucky enough to get a Storybook dinner reservation only 3 weeks before our trip!

Thank you for your help!

We waited about 25 minutes for the Fairy Godmother. Well we waited for the stepsisters, then they went on break when we were next in line and the Fairy Godmother came out rather than them. It wasn’t a terribly crowded time of year, not sure what is typical.

I would plan on 30min if the line isn’t more than about 10-15 groups long just because you don’t know where the break will fall in the line. I think we waited that long for Merida and she took a break *right* after us. Same for Jasmine and Aladdin. We didn’t get in line if it was more than about 15 groups/families long. We went and did a couple of rides and then checked back.

We waited 45+ minutes for Pooh and Tigger. The line looked quite short, but they switched the characters out 2-3 times, which took 10+ minutes each time. It was January, so heat was not a factor.

We only waited 10 minutes or so for Snow White in Epcot. The potential disappointment there is seeing a character when the line to greet is "closed." We did a lot of waving at characters and talking about the excitement of seeing them.

Anna and Elsa meet has a nice indoor queue. Posted wait time was 25, but we were greeting in 15.

For the ‘long lost friends’ we waited about an hour for nick and Judy back in February

That's why I plan on using the character locator on the MDE app while I'm there. Son and I have already talked about certain characters we want to meet. With the app, I'm hoping I can time it right and be one of the firsts in line.

My experiences have been similar to what’s already been said here.

Gaston is usually a 30 minute wait and his line tends to carry over into the next set. Last time I met with him there were 5-6 parties waiting when I joined the line, and he had just left to take about a 15 minute break. He’s always one of my favorites to meet, he’s hilarious.

He is on our list ( well at least my list ). Also will do Merida (love her area that she meets people) and the Fairy Godmother if we can catch her
