wait time

I just hung up with Disney Dining after holding for 35 minutes. Thats ridiculous. I have never waited that long before. Anyone know a better time I should go back? Our trip is in 3 weeks and I need to try to see if it will be possible to get the reservations we need. Usually book earlier but have not had time to call I guess.

I usually call early 7:00am and don't have a wait. Since you trip will probably be around Easter, I'd call as soon as possible. I called last week and all of the Fantasmic Dinner Packages were sold out.

I had a 20 minute wait time last weekend when I was making my PS for the week after Easter. Lucky for me I had free weekend minutes. I do think that it is poor customer service to keep people waiting so long. It would be nice if they would give you an idea of how long a wait it will be!

I have called every single day this week and the longest I waited was 2 minutes...I was calling everyday at around 8am..actually on Thursday I called at 10:30 am..

Lucky you, Jennifer! I'm envious! I called yesterday, around 2:30 pm CST, and after being on hold for 32 minutes, gave up....There's only so much of that 'music' I can stand!!!

I'm going to try again here in a few minutes...wish me luck!!!

I made PS's all this week, and the only day I did not get right in was Monday which was the day I made a PS for Sunday, May 15th. I was on hold for a little less than 10 minutes. Every other morning I got right through when calling as soon as they opened!

Well, I called Disney Dining, and got the dreaded "We are experiencing high call volume; please be patient" message....uh oh.... Well, I had just got settled in my chair, and was going to surf the net, and the CM came on the line immediately! A wait time of less than 2 minutes! Woo hoo! Finally, a little pixie dust landed my way!

We had some errands to run last weekend and I have unlimited service on my cell phone. I thought I would just call while my husband was driving.

I was on hold 2 hours, I kid you not! Ran all my errands with my cell phone on speaker in my pocket. Then I lost cell phone service, ugh.

Called back around 6pm and got right on.

I called around noon today and it took longer for me to get through all the darn automated questions than it did to get a CM.

When I originally booked my trip the CM kept putting me on hold and I listened to several disney songs so when she finally came back I asked her if she had to listen to the same music all day and she said yes...I asked her if she ever got sick of it and "of course" she said NO!!! I told her it would drive me insane after a few hours, she said you learn to tune it out...I knew she didn't really like it..LOL
