Wait time to Book dining

I've been on hold for 43 minutes his morning to book Food and Wine. Anyone else having trouble?

I was waiting to make mine for 3D dessert discovery and then it popped up on their website where I could do it there.

Where can you do it online?!?!?!?! I've been on hold since 7 AM! 1 hour 35 minutes!

I signed on and where it tells me "not to forget dining Reservations" I clicked it and it had a drop down and one of the options was "food and wine Festival". That option just came up this morning.
