Tonight my son and husband decided they wanted to wait for the 7 dwarfs at the party. I was hoping to catch some of the other characters their christmas gear. Does anyone know the general wait time for scrooge mcduck and santa goofy. I don't mind waiting for one or the other but I don't want to miss the parade and shows either.

Scrooge last year was down with Minnie, Daisy, and Donald, and it had a LINE

We saw Santa Goofy at DHS last year as well -

It rained at our party last year so they put Santa Goofy with Scrooge and the rest of them. I got in line around 10:45 and we basically waited the rest of the party. I had a sleeping kid so it wasn't a huge deal for me. Line was cut off maybe 5 people behind me. This was a not sold out party in early December.

It really depends on which party and what time you get in line.

If you want to do the Dwarfs, I strongly suggest getting in line at 6. It is one of the longest lines and has known to be up to a 3 hour wait. We did two parties last year and by 6:15 they were over an hour long starting at the time the characters came out. At 7:00, it is was 2.5 hour wait already.

For Scrooge and Donald, our wait was about 30 minutes. The set-up for 2015 was great. First you meet Scrooge and Donald and then Minnie and Daisy, so it was really 4 characters for 1 line. The line seemed to move quickly, though.

We waited maybe 7 minutes for santa Goofy.

Last year for us Santa Goofy was basically no wait.

Scrooge isn't on his own, so you have to wait in a slow moving line while people meet, get autographs from, and take pictures with 4 characters. We waited nearly an hour, because they took two breaks, and we were stuck behind a few of the "let's get a picture of every imaginable grouping of our 10 people" types.

The dwarves, we waved as we walked by. No way were we waiting in that line after eating up so much time for the ducks. I would say if it's essential to see them AND scrooge, don't plan to do anything else.

We were at the party on Dec 3 last year. We got in line around 6 PM and met Scrooge and Donald at 6:56 PM, Minnie and Daisy at 7:05 PM, and Santa Goofy at 7:07 PM. We took turns going to get cookies and cocoa while we waited. It wasn't too bad at all.
